A primer on
Turkish coffee
Brewed strong and drunk in a small demitasse with sweet treats on the side, Turkish coffee is an experience to be savoured slowly.
Sahlep
This uniquely Turkish drink is like none other. To prepare, simply add 150-200ml of boiling milk (depending on your preference) to one sachet of powdered mix in a mug and stir until it thickens. Best enjoyed on a cold day!
